Policies & Privacy


Our policies keep every visit safe, fair, and respectful — for you and for our team. Please review them before your appointment.

Appointments & Arrival

Treatments begin and end at their scheduled times. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first visit to complete a Health History Form. Appointments are confirmed the day before each treatment.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at the full treatment price. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time and be billed in full, so we stay on time for the clients who follow.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not provide direct billing to insurance companies. Prices are subject to change.

Refunds

Unused retail products in saleable condition may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Before Your Treatment

  • Arrive clean and showered on the day of your appointment
  • Avoid heavy meals within two hours of your treatment
  • Be free from the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Provide an accurate health history and update us on any changes

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing comes first. Our equipment and supplies are kept clean and safe, and we review your chart before every treatment. We perform only the services we are qualified to provide, and refer you to an appropriate specialist when a treatment is outside our scope or not in your best interest. Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

Respect & Conduct

Every client is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, or state of health. Personal and professional boundaries are honored at all times. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated; if a practitioner's safety or comfort is compromised, the treatment will be stopped immediately. Stella Dieci Medical Spa is a non-smoking environment.

Minors

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for any treatment of a client under 18.

If We Need to Reschedule

In the rare event we must cancel your appointment, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice — or your next treatment will be provided free of charge. If your usual practitioner is unavailable, we will offer an alternate qualified practitioner for that visit.
